Mitchell Parks is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for integrative and functional medicine. With years of experience in both hospital and clinical settings, he has witnessed firsthand the limitations of conventional healthcare and is committed to helping individuals take control of their health through education and lifestyle interventions. His expertise spans anti-aging medicine, exercise physiology, and chronic disease prevention, and he believes that true wellness starts with knowledge, empowerment, and a personalized approach.
